We offer a full refund and/or exchange policy for purchases returned to the store within 30 days. Returned bags must be accompanied by the original receipt, be unused and in new condition. If customer doesn’t present the receipt we will decide based in the condition of the bag.

*Please note that products purchased over the phone or online will be given a refund only for the cost of the bag and not for the shipping and handling fees. Please contact us before you send the bag back to the store. This will allow us to confirm that we have the inventory in stock for the exchange and prepare for the arrival of the shipment and the refund.

Answer

Yes! We will happily accommodate phone orders and send bags from our store in New York. We do not accommodate shipping to outside of the United States. Shipments are sent using UPS Ground Shipping services and the customer will receive them within 2-5 business days. A shipping and handling fee of $14-$18 will be incurred in place of a sales tax.

Highway products have been designed using very high quality and durable materials as well as very secure construction techniques, therefore defects are rare. If your product has a manufacturing defect we are happy to repair or replace it free of charge if returned to the store within 30 days.

Highway reserves the right of deciding about the repair based on the bag condition due to incorrect use or care of the bags. Check our repair policy for more info.

Yes, Highway offers gift certificates in any amount which expire a year after the date of the original receipt.
