After you order a Highway bag…

Nationwide shipping to you via UPS ground service (2-5 business days, depending on the proximity to our base in NY). Contact us if you would like your tracking number.

There is a fixed shipping and handling fee (we pack your bag with love and care) of $14. We also accommodate expedited shipping if you’re in a rush – just shoot us an email or phone call.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accommodate international shipping, due to high rates. But we hope to grow into a business that can reach our international fans more easily.

Return and Exchange Policy

Your bag comes with a free return shipping label, in case you need to send it back to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchasing. If this is necessary, please don’t forget to include the original invoice or receipt. We will not accept used bags that are obviously not in new condition.

*Please note that phone order purchases will be given a refund only for the cost of the product and not for the shipping and handling fee. Please contact us before you send the merchandise back to the store. This will allow us to confirm that we have the inventory in stock for the exchange and prepare for the arrival of the shipment and the refund in case you want to return.

Repair Policy

Highway products have been designed using very high quality and durable materials, therefore defects are rare. But if your product has a manufacturing defect we apologize for the inconvenience and are happy to replace it free of charge if returned to the store within 30 days.

We advise all customers to contact us before sending the products for repair in order to not send items that cannot be repaired. But if this does happen, we will charge you for the shipping fee to send back the product.
